People tend to ask me many different questions about how to eat healthy, how to lose weight, what exercises to do, etc. So, I have decided to answer those questions and post them for everyone to see. By posting and answering these questions, I hope to create dialogue while helping you achieve achieve your health and fitness goals. So we’ll call it… “Ask Keitra.”
